Game outcomes are determined by RNG algorithms that are regularly audited by independent testing agencies to verify their integrity and published return-to-player (RTP) percentages.
5.2 In the event of a malfunction or disconnection during a game, the outcome of any in-progress round that cannot be completed will be handled in accordance with the specific game provider's rules. If a game result cannot be determined, the wager for that round may be voided and the stake returned to the player's account.

10.1 auronplay reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it has reasonable grounds to believe that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory authority.
10.2 Upon account closure for cause, auronplay may withhold any balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach of these Terms, auronplay may forfeit any balance in the account. If no breach is found, the verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.
10.3 You may close your auronplay account at any time by contacting customer support. Prior to closure, any pending withdrawals will be processed in the normal course.
11.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
